EMLI™ Detection Systems

MPE-US offers the following EMLI™ systems for detection of slag and iron:

	EMLI™ Slag Indication Ladle (EMLI-SIL) - for real-time slag detection when in the wellblock of a ladle while at the caster
	EMLI™ Slag Indication Oxygen Vessel (EMLI-SIO) - for real-time slag detection on B.O.F. furnaces
	EMLI™ Slag Indication Electric Furnace (EMLI-SIE) - for real-time slag detection on Electric Arc Furnaces.
	EMLI™ Iron In Slag (EMLI-IIS) - for real-time detection of iron in blast furnace slag troughs

	Compatible with most furnace types, BOF, OBM, QBOP,AOD and Electric Arc.
	Standard interfaces with other computers.
	Simple push-button operation. No calibration or resetting between heats.
