Robert T. McGuire - President

Bob McGuire is a Northwest Indiana native born and raised in Gary, Indiana. Upon graduation from from Lew Wallace High School Bob entered the U.S. Air Force as an electronic technician.  After  leaving the Air Force Bob studied electrical engineering at Purdue University in Indiana.  After Purdue he was employed  at U.S. Steel - Gary Works for 10 years. Bob left U.S. Steel in 1984 and began working for the company that previously handled the MPE-US product lines. On March 1st, 2001 Bob founded MPE-US to continue the support and expand upon these product lines.

Robert M. Verbik - Vice President and Technical Manager

Bob Verbik is a Northwest Indiana native originally from Hammond.  Bob graduated from Hammond High and was then employed at Inland Steel.  After Inland Bob continued his employment at U.S. Steel in Gary.  Bob studied electrical engineering at Purdue University and mechanical design at the Indiana Technical Vocational College.  He has been working with our current product lines since 1985 and has been the Vice President of MPE-US since the inception of the company.

B. Richard Broadstone - Chief Financial Officer and Refractory Manager

Rick Broadstone, another Northwest Indiana native, has been an advisor to the company since 2001.  He has since joined us as our financial manager as well as assuming other duties. Rick studied accounting at Indiana University.  He has extensive industrial experience in the steel and oil industries.

Dustin Mackanos - Service Engineer

Dustin, our ace service engineer, resides in Valparaiso, Indiana.  Dustin studied electrical engineering technology at Purdue university.  After graduation, Dustin worked in the process automation field before becoming a member of the MPE-US team.  Dustin is always ready to answer any of our customers technical questions.
