Infrared Camera

	Sturdy stainless steel construction with solid mounting base
	Air-cooled with VORTEX refrigeration unit
	Automatic lens cleaning and protection

Electronic Cabinet

The electronic cabinet contains the computer and all required communication interfaces.

	Industrial computer
	Service panel with keyboard, mouse and video connections
	I/O interface block, main power switch and system fuses
	Power supplies for the computer, camera and peripheral equipment
	VGA to video converter
	Ethernet connection via a mini network hub
	Terminal strips for system connections.

Display Unit

Display of all system information is provided by the display unit. The unit consists of a robust LCD video terminal mounted in and industrial quality enclosure.

	System status and output displays
	Infrared color image of the tapping stream
	SLAG WARNING and SLAG ALARMs
	Annunciator panel for alarm status
	Analog Bar Graph for slag percentage
	Strip chart for viewing slag percentage and optional furnace tilt angle during the entire tapping sequence
	System OK status indicators.
